Born in 1970, my professional life started in a quite traditional path. At university, I studied Philosophy and obtained a MA at the London School of Economics. In the early days of my career, I taught social psychology at the IULM University in Milan. Soon after that, I started working in the construction and real estate sector, in Italy and in London. But that life was not cut for me... in my mid-40s it was time for me to follow my dreams. During my entire life, I have always been passionate about photography, having my wonderful daughter (with her gorgeous curly hair) as my inspiring light. In 2016 my hobby became my profession.
At first, I worked as a portrait photographer for actors and singers in the London scene. After that, I specialised in reportage and documentary photography.
In 2019, the Italian Cultural Institute of London gave me the opportunity to exhibit "Views My Eyes", a project of aerial photographs aimed at capturing photos of daily life in the most fascinating places in Italy 'from the top'. This work is represented by the Wizard Gallery (London) and some of these photos have been published by National Geographic.
In July 2020, I created #NOISIAMOTREVISO, a project during which I documented the post-Covid recovery of the city of Treviso through the faces of its citizens. This work was exhibited at the Bailo Museum and it was sponsored by the municipality to bring together a community scarred by the pandemic.
In the years, I have also worked with some iconic brands. Among others, I was contracted by Swatch Italy and I curated the advertising campaigns of Roby Marton Gin, Floral Lab and PreLove.
